TA Manager (Corporate) at Multinational UK Retail firm

A UK Retail firm is looking for a TA manager for corporate recruitment in their Japan office.

You will be responsible for full 360 recruitment processes and onboarding, orientation and employee life-cycle

Company:

• HQ in the UK, Japan is largest market in APAC region and looking to further invest in the region.
• Ethical business: High level of responsibility and initiatives regarding human rights and employment policies
• Sales grew in 2021 to over £900 Million, valuation at over £3 Billion on London Stock Exchange
• Direct-to-consumer model, opening stores in cities, and driving eCommerce as well, pushing to end franchise contracts.

WLB/Process:

• Work from home 3 times a week with flex time
• Office 5 minutes from a central Tokyo station

Requirements:

• Japanese Native/Fluent + English Business or above
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources
