Benefits Planning Manager (Remote Work OK!) ・ HR ・人事・福利厚生

Our client are a major global manufacturer, looking for a Benefits Planning Manager.

You'll manage and enhance employee benefits programs, with opportunities for further career growth.

Our client offers a supportive & flexible workspace, with remote working options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage benefits plans for employees, including executives and expatriates.
  • Lead projects to improve benefits administration processes.
  • Conduct surveys to ensure our benefits remain competitive.
  • Handle mobility and onboarding processes for expatriate employees.
  • Manage the budget for benefits programs.
  • Communicate effectively with employees about benefits information and act as the main point of contact for related inquiries.
  • Oversee operations of mutual aid associations and stock ownership plans.


Qualifications:

  • HR experience, with a focus on benefits management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • English communication ability (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
