Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing and social insurance for hundreds of employees.
• Implement and optimize new payroll system / software.
• Handle the creation and distribution of HR documents.
• Manage and update the employee compensation and benefits program.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee the management of attendance records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or human resources.
• Experienced with Japanese payroll systems and regulations.
• Fluent in Japanese.
