Key Responsibilities

• - Develop and apply HR strategies focused on performance, leadership coaching, and pay structures.
• - Work with senior leaders in departments like Engineering, Product, Sales, and Administration to enhance talent and skills.
• - Create and maintain systems for employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
• - Advise leaders on HR issues, conflict resolution, succession planning, and organizational change.
• - Address organizational challenges to support business growth.

Candidate Profile

• - At least 7 years in a senior HRBP or People Partnering role in growing companies.
• - Experience partnering with C-level executives.
• - Deep knowledge of Japan's HR practices with a modern approach.
• - Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
• - Able to work well in challenging environments and handle uncertainty.
• - Experience expanding HR systems for companies growing from 100 to 300 employees.
• - Experience managing hybrid and multicultural teams.
• - Background in business operations, sales, or product management.
• - MBA or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
