Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a reputable financial company. This important role involves driving HR strategies and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Work with business leaders to improve company culture and team performance, aligning HR and business goals.
  • - Offer guidance on compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • - Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • - Develop and implement employee growth programs, performance reviews, and pay strategies with leadership.
  • - Promote diversity and inclusion, acting as a change leader to build an inclusive culture.
  • - Use HR data to identify trends and make strategic decisions that help the organization succeed.
  • - Engage in projects across departments, using HR knowledge to drive change and improvement.


Qualifications:

  • - Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • - 8-10 years of experience in HR roles within international companies.
  • - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • - Fluent in English and Japanese.
