Overview We are partnering with a global SaaS organization to hire a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage customer license renewals and support long-term client retention. This role works closely with both local and global teams in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute customer license renewals
Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention
Collaborate closely with global sales, customer success, and operations teams
Ensure accurate forecasting and renewal pipeline management
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Japanese
Experience in renewal sales, account management, customer success, or a customer-facing commercial role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment is preferred
