Overview
We are partnering with a global SaaS organization to hire a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage customer license renewals and support long-term client retention. This role works closely with both local and global teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute customer license renewals
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention
  • Collaborate closely with global sales, customer success, and operations teams
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and renewal pipeline management
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Experience in renewal sales, account management, customer success, or a customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment is preferred
