Our client, a company in the hotel industry, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to manage inbound sales inquiries and support the sales pipeline. This role offers the opportunity to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

ホテル業界の企業にて、インバウンドセールスの問い合わせ対応と営業パイプラインのサポートを行う経験豊富な内勤営業マネージャーを募集しています。このポジションでは、既存顧客との強固な関係を維持し、クライアントと社内チーム間のスムーズなコミュニケーションを確保することが求められます。


業務内容:

  • - インバウンドセールスの問い合わせ対応
  • - リードからのビジネス開拓
  • - 既存顧客との関係管理
  • - 見積書、提案書、契約書の作成
  • - オペレーションチームおよび営業チームとの調整
  • - CRMシステムでの正確な記録の維持
  • - 顧客満足度の監視とアフターセールスサポートの提供



応募資格:

  • - ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語の流暢さ
  • - インサイドセールスまたはホスピタリティセールスの経験
  • - CRMまたはERPシステムの経験
  • - Salesforce, HubSpotなどのCRMツールの経験があれば尚可
  • - 3年以上の営業またはアカウント管理の経験
