Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of products
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to drive retention
Requirements
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Farmer Sales roles
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, onboarding strategies, and engagement best practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Business-level Japanese and English (bilingual)
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
