Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• - Oversee daily operations of multiple departments (incl. Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services).
• - Ensure high quality of guest service.
• - Collaborate with other senior leaders and with group management.
• - Manage budgets and P&L.
• - Implement & improve staff training programs.

Qualifications:

• - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in hotels / hospitality.
• - Managerial experience.
• - Solid financial knowledge (experience in budgeting / financial management).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
