Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in Renewals, Account Management or Customer Success to our team!
  • Confident in retaining customers and ensuring adoption of SaaS products
  • Excellent customer management skills including: sales, account management, and customer service, to help our clients achieve their goals.
  • Experience with a SaaS model focused on enterprise software is preferred and we'd love to hear about it!
