仕事内容:

• - 新規および継続的な開発注文を取得し、市場の存在感を高める。
• - 顧客のビジネス目標を理解し、当社の提案を一致させる。
• - グローバルアカウントマネージャーや営業チームと協力し、価格交渉を行う。
• - 自動車業界における競合他社の活動や市場動向を追跡・分析する。
• - 顧客ニーズを理解し、営業チームとの明確なコミュニケーションを確保する。
• - 持続可能な成長のための中期的なアカウント戦略の策定を支援する。
• - プロトタイプを管理し、問い合わせに効果的に対応する。
• - 顧客の監査に向けて、各部門との調整を行う。
• - 納品遅延やプロセス変更に対応し、管理する。

応募資格:

• - 関連分野の大学卒業資格。
• - 自動車部品での開発または購買の営業経験、または自動車メーカーでの購買または開発経験を持ち、営業に興味がある方。
• - 電気、電子、機械工学の強いバックグラウンドと営業経験を持ち、自動車業界への情熱を持つ方。
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル。
• - 英語の堪能さ。
• - グローバルなビジネス管理やマトリックス組織に関する知識があれば尚可
