Our client is a large international retail fashion brand with a growing team in Japan. They are have a clear plan to grow their exposure and market share.

Your Responsibilities

You will be in charge of planning and implementing our digital marketing workflow. The aim is to design, develop and deliver the short- & long-term regional goals for our digital marketing strategies. You will report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Highly organized, able to manage key relationships, and have a strong marketing background.
• Experience in marketing for fashion is an advantage.
• Able to develop and present our strategies, so good communication is essential.
• Native level Japanese.
• Conversational Level English.
• 8 years’ experience.
• 4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Management.
• Extensive consumer and competitor understanding.
• Leadership experience in a large retail company.
• Expertise in Digital Marketing management.
• Experience with strategies & concept development, digital marketing planning, digital marketing framework development, SEO and related planning, link building and respective KPIs setting and tracking ROIs.
• Experience with management and agency processes.
