Our client are a global leader in real estate with a very strong presence in Japan, recruiting a Marketing & Communications leader. You'll lead all Japanese marketing strategies, targeted at B2B enterprise clients.

This is a chance to take on a top leadership position in a global market leader. Our client offers a generous salary of up to 18m+ JPY.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Japan marketing strategies.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns that utilize both digital and traditional channels.
• Execute initiatives for lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
• Manage content marketing strategies.
• Optimize all stages of customer journey.
• Analyze marketing effectiveness and customer behavior to refine future campaigns.
• Oversee budget management and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in / enterprise B2B marketing strategy and execution.
• Expertise in digital marketing.
• Understanding of tools such as CRM and automation platforms.
• Complete fluency in Japanese.

Candidates must be fully fluent in Japanese & possess eligibility to work in Japan.
