Our client are a top-tier digital transformation agency, searching for a Senior Director to lead creative and strategic initiatives in UI / UX.

You'll lead large-scale solution consulting with a UX-first approach, and you'll manage the development / implementation of digital strategies that improve customer experience.

This is an opportunity to work with major global clients at the cutting edge of digital marketing technology.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of designers and project managers.
• Create and implement digital strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Act as project head & liaison for major clients.
• Take a holistic approach to User Experience design.
• Expand the client portfolio, both by identifying new opportunities and enhancing relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Extensive background in digital design & UI/UX.
• Experienced in leading a team and managing multiple projects.
• Experience in user interface (UI) design, digital branding, E-commerce, and other direct-to-consumer functions.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
