Our client are a global retail company, recruiting a CRM manager. You'll lead the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies across digital and non-digital channels.

This is a perfect opportunity for those with several years of customer relationship management / direct marketing experience, who are ready to step into a managerial and strategic role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement & loyalty through all stages of the customer journey.
  • Manage the CRM database & ensure data quality and effective integration.
  • Analyze customer data & identify key segments for targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve customer interactions across digital and physical channels.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance metrics. Provide strategic insights & recommendations.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of CRM / Direct Marketing experience.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury goods.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Proficient in CRM database management and digital marketing tools.
  • Experienced in email marketing with a focus on segmentation and targeting.
  • Native-level Japanese fluency.
