Talent Development Manager - International Healthcare

Specialized Group are currently partnering with a top global healthcare firm looking to hire a Talent Development Manager.

This is a single contributor role reporting directly to the APAC offices.

The position will take lead in all L&D focused initiatives for the firm while collaborating with APAC and Global offices on larger scale strategic initiatives.

The firm are looking for someone with experience navigating a large matrix organization and handling international stakeholders, while also being hands on in their work as a single contributor.

This is a top brand globally, and an excellent opportunity for a Sr. L&D professional to step into a future managerial headcount, or someone in a L&D Manager role looking to transition to a top brand with exciting and progressive talent development initiatives and platforms.

Requirements:

- Native Japanese and business English

- 5+ years of L&D or comparable experiences

- Experience collaborating with international partners a plus
