Our client, a Fortune 500 global leader in technology services, is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to integrate business and HR strategies to support organizational goals, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and propose solutions for organizational and talent issues
- Support business strategy as a strategic partner for digital solutions
- Advise department heads on HR matters and provide coaching
- Design and implement onboarding and training programs
- Manage labor risks and compliance issues proactively
- Develop and implement talent management strategies


Qualifications:

- 5+ years HR experience in business environment
- Experience with labor management and policy implementation
- Fluent in English
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience in organizational development and talent management
- Experience as HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist
