Our client, a leading company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Cluster HR Director for a confidential position. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence business strategies directly and manage a 6-member HR team while coordinating with international stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for property
  • - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • - Manage employee compensation and benefits strategy
  • - Oversee HR staff training and development
  • - Coordinate HR activities with regional and property leadership
  • - Ensure compliance with EEO laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • - 4+ years experience in HR or management operations
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • - Knowledge of HRIS Systems and PeopleSoft software
  • - Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • - Understanding of compensation and benefits principles
  • - Familiarity with EEO laws and regulations
  • - Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Experience managing a team of HR professionals
