Our client are a high-end hotel / hospitality group, recruiting a Spa Manager. You'll manage a team, oversee all operations, and lead service improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage all spa staff
• - Manage all spa operations; maintain high service standards
• - Handle budgeting and forecasting for the spa
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• - Build and keep strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

• - 3+ years managerial experience in the hotel / hospitality industry
• - Experience in a spa or wellness environment (preferred)
• - Team management ability
• - Excellent customer service and communication skills
• - Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
