Senior Director – Security Sales | Cloud & AI Solutions | Tokyo, Japan On behalf of our client, a leading global cloud and AI technology organization, we are seeking a Senior Director of Security Sales to lead and grow a high-impact security business in Japan, working closely with global teams to drive strategy, revenue, and customer engagement. What you’ll do:
Lead the go-to-market strategy for security solutions in Japan.
Build and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
Drive revenue growth and customer success across enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to scale AI and cloud security offerings.
Engage with key stakeholders, including channel partners, to expand market reach.
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record in enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity sales.
Experience identifying and solving customer cybersecurity challenges.
Leadership experience managing quota-carrying teams, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals.
Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, market trends, and ecosystem.
Experience working with partners and building networks in the Japanese market is a plus.
