A Cloud-based Software company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive interactions with customers and partners through multiple channels to generate leads for both sales and marketing teams. You will create new accounts and navigate negotiations to ensure success; generating interest for events, promotions & webinars and following up to convert attendants to sales leads

The company is in a hyper-growth period and wants to welcome native, confident Japanese speakers to join their team and develop their skills and grow their career in an open and comfortable environment that actively encourages growth and career development.

Base Requirements

  • Experience prospecting and cold calling
  • 2+ years' experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business generation targets
  • Native Level Japanese and business-fluent English
  • Someone who has spent time doing prospecting and cold calling
