• - Review and revise Japanese contracts and legal documents
• - Provide bilingual Japanese-English translation for legal documents
• - Support regulatory compliance and license applications in Japan
• - Assist in litigation and dispute resolution with external counsel
• - Offer daily legal advice and risk assessments to Japan team
• - Collaborate with global legal teams on international projects

• - Must speak and write fluently in Japanese (mandatory)
• - 3+ years of experience in legal field (mandatory)
• - Japanese legal education (mandatory)
• - Experience in corporate law is preferred but not mandatory
• - Japanese attorney qualification is preferred but not mandatory
• - Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred but not mandatory
