Our client, an international insurance group, is seeking a Capital Management (Senior) Analyst to support their finance team in Japan and global capital management initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to engage in capital and dividend planning, analysis, and reporting, providing valuable experience in both local and global financial environments. - 資本および配当のグローバルな評価と報告

- US GAAPとJGAAPの間の財務データ変換
- 日本語と英語での資本関連文書の作成
- 日本のサービス会社の財務運営の執行
- ローカルおよびグローバルのニーズに対応する資本ソリューションの策定
- 日本の規制要件に関する専門知識の維持
応募資格：
- 保険業界での資本管理経験
- US GAAPおよびJGAAPの両方に精通していること
- 日本語と英語の流暢さ
- 財務運営の経験
- 5年以上の金融または資本管理の経験
- グローバルな規制および格付け機関の要件に関する知識
- 資本および配当影響分析のための強力な分析スキル
