Conor is a member of the Finance and Accounting team at Specialized-Group and focuses on placing bilingual candidates in IT, retail, luxury and consumer goods companies. He is passionate about advancing his career and helping candidates find their best matches by truly understanding their needs and applying that information to his work. Originally from Wales, Conor has been living in Japan since 2016 and has a thorough understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette. Having previously worked as a language instructor, Conor was able to use this experience to build his network of business professionals and develop a deeper understanding of Japanese culture. Conor is passionate about sports and enjoys playing football in his free time. He’s also a keen traveller and has enjoyed travelling all over Japan.
