当社のクライアントは、ARグラス技術の最前線を行くベンチャー企業です。この度、知的財産・法務スペシャリストを募集しています。このポジションでは、技術と法務の橋渡し役として、戦略的なライセンス契約の作成や、最先端のARおよびSLAM技術の保護に携わることができます。給与は620万〜1100万円と競争力があり、フレックス制度、ハイブリッドワークが可能で、社会保険や会社支給の昼食費などの充実した福利厚生が提供されます。


主な業務内容

- 技術パートナーシップ契約の交渉・作成
- 技術漏洩防止の法的スキームの策定
- 契約における知的財産戦略のアドバイス
- 一般契約業務のレビューと管理
- ARグラス技術のライセンス契約の開発
- 法令遵守のため技術チームとの連携


必須資格

- 製造業での契約法に関する実務経験
- 英語の技術契約を解釈し作成する能力
- 特許やデザインなどの基本的な知的財産の知識
- ARまたは技術関連の法務業務経験があれば尚可
