Our client, a venture company in the AR glasses industry, is seeking a Legal Specialist to join their expanding team. This role offers the unique opportunity to gain legal experience in a startup environment and contribute to the company's preparation for an IPO. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 6.2 million to 11 million yen, a full flextime work system, and hybrid work options.


業務内容:

契約書のレビューと作成（ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアプロジェクト）
国内外プロジェクトに対する法的アドバイスの提供
契約書テンプレートの開発および維持
社内法務研修の実施および規則の改訂
IPO準備における法的側面の助言
日本の法令順守の確保


応募資格:

企業での契約法に関する5年以上の経験
ハードウェア開発および製造契約の経験
安全保障貿易管理の経験があれば尚可
IPO準備における法的側面の経験
日本の法令に関する知識
日本語と英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力日本語と英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
