HRBP Manager, Global Manufacturer (人事）

Our client are a global industrial manufacturing company, searching for a HRBP Manager.

This is an opportunity to take on a senior role at a global company with a strong & stable presence in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs through close engagement with the management team, including participation in meetings.
• Provide accurate information on HR initiatives such as Merit Planning, Organizational Reviews, and Year-End Evaluations.
• Manage the recruitment process, improve job descriptions, determine position grades, and participate in interviews for crucial roles.
• Create a workforce plan to address skill gaps, working with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to hire and develop the necessary talent.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (business level).
• Experience in various HR functions.
• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors (preferred).
• Knowledge of HR strategies.
