Our client are a key player in providing data centre, infrastructure, and solutions, with a large global presence. They are searching for a HR Operations Generalist. You'll work on a wide range of HR tasks, as well as supporting the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee experience throughout their tenure.
• Provide HR operational support for all employment stages.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external partners on payroll and benefits.
• Keep HR documents, including contracts and policies, up to date.
• Assist in People & Culture initiatives for workforce and talent management.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of HR experience, focusing on operations and administration.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
• Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N1 level).
• Capable of working independently and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
