• - Formulate recruitment plans for manufacturing roles
• - Define job requirements with hiring managers
• - Manage recruitment project progress for the team
• - Communicate with global HR team
• - Lead recruitment and management of fixed-term employees
• - Lead Japan HR projects with global coordination
• - Plan and participate in recruiting events

• - 10+ years HR experience in medium-sized or larger foreign companies in Japan
• - 5+ years recruitment experience in medium-sized or larger foreign companies in Japan
• - Leadership/manager experience is mandatory
• - Expertise in Japanese employment and labor laws
• - Native Japanese speaker with JLPT N1
• - Business English skills
• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• - Experience with ATS and HR software applications
