職務内容

• ブランドおよび関係者のガイドラインに沿って日常業務を管理。
• 各部署の責任者を指導し、サービス品質と効率を維持。
• 予算策定、収益目標設定、関係者に対する月次財務報告を担当。
• 短期・長期目標に対するビジネス戦略を作成・実施。
• 全ての標準運用手順と法的要件を順守。
• ゲストからの苦情に効果的に対応し、ブランドイメージを維持。

応募資格

• ホテル業界でのマネジメント経験5年以上。
• 指導力があり、成果を上げた経験がある。
• 日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
• 財務計画に対する深い理解、特に損益計算書。
• 海外での勤務経験（推奨、必須ではない）。
