Our client are a global hotel group looking for an Operations Manager for a Tokyo property.

The position offers a regular work schedule with NO overtime or shift work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to improve guest services.
  • Manage daily operations for efficiency and high service quality.
  • Work on strategic planning to improve operations and guest experience.
  • Maintain and review quality standards, resolving service issues.
  • Handle guest interactions, ensuring their experience meets high standards.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in hotel operations, guest services, front desk, or similar.
  • International hotel experience.
  • Experience in team leadership (preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
