We are working with an AI technology company looking for a seasoned Head of HR to lead their growth in the US, APAC, and European markets. In this role, you will manage a team of 30 HR professionals and create the global HR strategy. Key Responsibilities
- - Create and implement HR strategies that support business growth and adapt to changes in the AI industry.
- - Manage HR functions in Japan and the US, setting up global HR policies and ensuring they meet different cultural and legal standards.
- - Develop strategies to enhance recruitment efforts, especially for development roles, and build a strong employer brand to attract top talent globally.
- - Lead and motivate the HR team, manage projects, and support leadership development among team leaders.
- - Build a unified global culture and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
