This key role involves managing a team of 20, creating new HR strategies in the AI sector, and building a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and apply HR strategies that support business growth.

- - Lead recruitment efforts to grow development teams and strengthen the company's brand to attract top global talent.
- - Guide and support a 20-member HR team, focusing on areas like recruitment and employee relations.
- - Build a unified global culture and launch initiatives to increase employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- - More than 10 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- - Proven track record as a Head of HR or similar position, with strong strategic and operational skills.
- - Proficient in English for effective international collaboration.
- - Japanese language skills at JLPT N1 level.
- - A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for handling challenges in a fast-changing environment.
