We are working with an AI technology company looking for a seasoned Head of HR to lead their growth in the US, APAC, and European markets.

In this role, you will manage a team of 30 HR professionals and create the global HR strategy. This is a chance to shape HR initiatives in a fast-growing industry, work in a diverse international setting, and enjoy flexible work options.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and implement HR strategies that support business growth and adapt to changes in the AI industry.
- Manage HR functions in Japan and the US, setting up global HR policies and ensuring they meet different cultural and legal standards.
- Develop strategies to enhance recruitment efforts, especially for development roles, and build a strong employer brand to attract top talent globally.
- Lead and motivate the HR team, manage projects, and support leadership development among team leaders.
- Build a unified global culture and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, preferably in tech or AI.
- Strong knowledge of global HR practices and cultural differences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive change and promote a collaborative work culture.
