We are looking for a Global Head of HR to lead and improve HR operations in Japan and the United States. This key role involves managing a team of 20, creating new HR strategies in the AI sector, and building a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and apply HR strategies that support business growth.
- Plan for AI-driven changes in work styles and create adaptable organizational plans.
- Align HR practices across offices in Japan and the U.S.
- Create and manage global HR policies, ensuring they comply with local labor laws.
- Lead recruitment efforts to grow development teams and strengthen the company's brand to attract top global talent.
- Guide and support a 20-member HR team, focusing on areas like recruitment and employee relations.
- Build a unified global culture and launch initiatives to increase employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- More than 10 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record as a Head of HR or similar position, with strong strategic and operational skills.
- Proficient in English for effective international collaboration.
- Japanese language skills at JLPT N1 level.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for handling challenges in a fast-changing environment.
