• Coordinate transportation and additional services for guests as needed.

• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with an international clientele.

Requirements:

• Experience in guest relations / customer service in hotel industry.
• Experience in team management (preferred).
• Experience in a luxury hotel (preferred).
• Business level English
• High-conversational level Japanese.
