Our client, a travel agency located in Central Tokyo, is seeking an HR Administrative professional to join their international team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry, utilizing your English skills in a diverse environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage and update employee information and HR data
  • - Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews
  • - Assist with benefits administration and HRIS operations
  • - Manage attendance and payroll data
  • - Coordinate employee training and development programs



Qualifications:

  • - Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
  • - Experience with HRIS systems
  • - Experience in HR administrative tasks
  • - Experience with remote work tools is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Knowledge of Japanese labor laws is preferred but not mandatory
