Our client are a leading hotel / hospitality brand, searching for a Financial Controller. It's opportunity to join a a major, central Tokyo property of a market-leading brand with a flexible working environment.

This is a leadership role, with team management responsibilities.

職務内容：

• - 会計チームのリーダーシップと管理
• - 効果的な財務戦略、コントロール、手順の作成と実施
• - 財務および税務報告規制の遵守
• - 予算と予測、キャッシュフロー管理、財務分析の監督
• - 月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書の作成

応募資格：

• - 財務責任者または同様の役職での実績
• - 会計原則と手順の確固たる知識
• - 分析的思考と戦略的計画スキル
• - リーダーシップとチーム管理スキル
• - 会計ソフトウェアの経験
