HR Manager, Leading Hotel 人事マネージャー

We are currently recruiting an HR Manager for a distinguished hotel in Tokyo. You will lead the human resources department, creating HR strategies to enhance workforce performance.

Our client does not require prior experience in the Hotel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage HR team.
  • Develop and implement HR strategic plans.
  • Align HR practices with the overarching corporate HR strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, enhancing personnel management.
  • Manage the HR budget, control costs, and approve expenditures to support the hotel's financial goals.
  • Create performance evaluation and recognition programs to motivate and reward staff.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of human resources experience.
  • Proven leadership and HR strategy development skills.
  • Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


No prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry required!
