Responsibilities:

• Manage a team.
• Collaborate with HR to create training for accounting and finance staff.
• Support strategic planning & budgeting.
• Review and refine financial processes.
• Analyze financial and managerial reports.
• Design / update internal reporting systems.
• Assess and enhance internal controls and accounting systems.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for various projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven financial management experience.
• Experience in the hotel / hospitality industry (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional and technical development.
• Japanese fluency.
