主な業務内容：
- - 会計プロセスの管理（仕訳の確認、BPOパートナーとの調整を含む）
- - キャッシュフローの追跡と予算対実績の管理
- - 取締役会および株主向けの財務報告書の作成
- - （オプション）契約書のレビューおよび電子署名システムの管理
- - （オプション）オフィス資産管理およびソフトウェアライセンスの管理
- - （オプション）会社のポリシーおよび内部文書管理の監督
応募資格：
- - 財務またはバックオフィスでの5年以上の経験
- - 会計および財務管理に精通していること
- - 細部に注意を払い、文書作成およびプロセス開発のスキルがあること
- - 日本語と英語に堪能であること
- - スタートアップやベンチャー環境の経験
- - 会計事務所または法務部での経験
- - 英語での文書コミュニケーションが得意であること
- - 自発的で自己動機付けがあるリーダー
- - チームプレーヤーであり、継続的な改善に焦点を当てること
- - ゼロからスケーラブルなシステムを構築することに興味があること
