We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage ERP applications for our client in Japan and Korea. This key role involves implementing IT solutions for wholesale operations, aligning with global IT strategies, and improving business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with deep experience in ERP systems and change management.

This role offers flexible work-from-home options, no set working hours, and a supportive team culture that values engagement and ongoing development.

主な業務内容：

• - ERPシステムのサポートとメンテナンスを行い、日本での卸売業の円滑な運営を確保します。
• - グローバルおよびローカルの製品マスタデータを管理し、依存システムとビジネス機能を支援します。
• - BIツールを用いてレポートを作成・維持し、ビジネスインテリジェンスを向上させます。
• - ITプロジェクトをリードし、変革を管理し、グローバルなIT戦略と整合性を確保します。
• - ローカルおよびグローバルチームと連携して、効果的なソリューションを提供し、要件を収集します。
• - ITチームのスキルと能力を向上させ、継続的な改善とプロセスの遵守に注力します。
• - メジャーインシデントマネージャーと協力し、システムの問題を解決し、改善を実施します。

資格要件：

• - プロアクティブなアプローチによるチェンジマネジメントでの実績あるリーダーシップ経験。
• - 大規模なITプロジェクトを管理し、コーチングを通じてチームのパフォーマンスを向上させる能力。
• - AXやNavision、Salesforce CRMなどのERPシステムに精通していること。
• - 複数のタスクと締切を管理するための優れた組織能力。
• - 日本語と英語が堪能であること。
