• Enhance customer service quality to meet client expectations.
• Develop products and services that increase profit and maintain high service standards.
• Support in identifying new business opportunities and gathering market intelligence.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries and questionnaires.
• Keep updated with operational and market developments to offer valuable recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and support new clients effectively.
• Conduct due diligence visits with existing and prospective clients in a professional manner.

Experience and Skills

• Experience in the custody business or related areas.
• Proven success in client service roles.
• Knowledge of tax system and regulations for securities investment in Japan.
• Familiarity with operational risk and customer due diligence.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
