  • - Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • - Lead and mentor the marketing team
  • - Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation
  • - Monitor KPIs and report on marketing performance
  • - Oversee creation of marketing materials for retail clients
  • - Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media
  • - Ensure marketing communications align with regulatory standards
  • - Collaborate across departments for integrated marketing solutions

応募資格:
  • - マーケティング経験10年以上、うち5年以上のリーダーシップ経験
  • - 第一種証券外務員資格
  • - デジタルマーケティング、ブランディング、統合マーケティングコミュニケーションの豊富な知識
  • - 金融サービスまたはB2Bマーケティングの経験があれば尚可
  • - 学士号以上
  • - 優れた英語コミュニケーションスキル
  • - 10+ years marketing experience, 5+ years in leadership role
  • - Type I Securities Sales Representative License
  • - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and integrated marketing communications
  • - Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • - Excellent English communication skills
