During his studies, he completed an internship at Mitsubishi Fuso, where he focused on risk management for cybersecurity & gained valuable experience and insight inside a leading Japanese corporation.

Born in Bangladesh, Ash moved to Japan for university and has a strong interest in Japanese cars and culture.

Ash is multi-lingual, and is fluent in Japanese, English, Bengali, and Hindi.

Ash is one of the few providers who actually works to think through the potential fit (and hurdles) for both parties involved. I am also impressed with his understanding and acceptance of some of the specific requirements of IB, such as dealing through a centralized talent acquisition team, posting CVs through Greenhouse, our use of the PI test and our aversion to people who tend to be job hoppers.
