Our client are a well-funded and growing start-up, searching for a Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage relevant teams and members.
• Create and execute financial strategies to meet company objectives and KPIs.
• Set up and manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Coordinate with other departments for annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Analyze financial metrics to guide executive-level decision-making.
• Handle investor communications, comply with regulations, and maintain relationships with external auditors.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of senior financial experience.
• Start-up experience (preferred).
• Communication ability in Japanese (required).
• Communication ability in English (preferred).
• Knowledge of Japanese accounting and tax regulations (preferred)
