業務内容

• 会計、税務、IT、人事、法務およびコンプライアンス機能の管理。
• 財務計画および分析戦略の策定と実行。
• 社長および製造チームと共に財務目標を達成。
• 正確な財務報告と効果的なリスク管理を保証。
• 企業価値に沿った強力な財務チームの構築とリード。
• 外部監査の監督とビジネス透明性の向上。
• 生産能力とリソース配分の改善をサポート。

応募資格

• 会計および財務報告で10年以上の経験。
• チームリーダーシップと人材管理で少なくとも3年の経験。
• 意思決定支援のための強力な分析能力とビジネスセンス。
• 国内外のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションできる優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
• 自主的かつ積極的な文化を醸成するための実績のあるリーダーシップ。
• 日本語と英語に堪能。
