主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- センターの損益および収益管理

- 顧客関係チームの監督とリーダーシップ

- ラグジュアリー環境における高いサービス基準の確保

- 契約更新やクライアントとの関係構築に関する交渉

- 日常業務と施設メンテナンスの管理

- チームメンバーのための研修プログラムの実施と監督

- 経費の監視と管理

- Oversee centre P&L and revenue management

- Supervise and lead the Engagement Team

- Ensure high service standards in luxury environment

- Conduct business negotiations for renewals and reinstatements

- Manage daily operations and facilities maintenance

- Implement and oversee training programs for team members

- Develop and maintain client relationships

- Monitor and control centre expenses

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- ホスピタリティマネジメントでの5年以上の経験

- 損益管理の経験

- 優れた顧客サービススキル

- チームのリーダーシップと監督の経験

- Salesforceまたは類似のCRMツールの使用経験

- 日本語と英語の流暢な能力

- ラグジュアリーホテルやオフィス管理の経験がある方が望ましいが、必須ではありません

- 基本的なITトラブルシューティングの知識

- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management

- Experience with P&L management

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience in team leadership and supervision

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools

- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Experience in luxury hotel or office management is preferred but not mandatory

- Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting
