Our client, a company in the MLM and healthcare industry, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage financial operations under both US and Japan GAAP standards, providing a broad scope of responsibilities and international exposure. Enjoy benefits such as a retirement age of 65 and the flexibility of working from home two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements under US GAAP
- Manage tax filings and liaise with tax firms
- Create and manage budgets and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports for headquarters and CEO
- Oversee AR/AP processes and journal entries
- Manage finance department operations
- Ensure compliance with Japan GAAP standards
- Analyze budget variances and financial performance
- Manage pricing and margin templates for Japan

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of finance management experience
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems like JDE or SAP
- Proficiency in Excel functions, pivot tables, and graphs
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Japan GAAP
- Experience in tax filing and liaising with tax firms
- Ability to create and manage budgets and forecasts
- Experience in financial reporting to headquarters
