Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- - Act as strategic HRBP to Japan’s executive leadership
- - Build and lead a high-performing HR team
- - Collaborate with Regional Head to localize strategies for Japan
- - Lead Post-Merger Integration for M&A activities in Japan
- - Ensure cultural alignment in post-merger scenarios
- - Improve talent performance through strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- - Fluent in Japanese and English
- - Experience in HR leadership roles
- - Experience in post-merger integration (PMI)
- - Experience in the consumer tech industry is preferred but not mandatory
- - Experience with talent acquisition and leadership development
- - Experience in strategic HR business partnering
